Winter Breaks 2007-2008 at Burts Hotel

During the months of December to March we will be offering a very attractive Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate of £66.00 per person per night sharing a double-bedded and or twin-bedded room with private facilities and £74.00 per person, per night in single accommodation. The terms are based on a two-night stay to include a Three-Course Dinner in our award-winning Restaurant. Should you wish to stay a third night then the rate for the third night would be £62.00 per person, Dinner Bed and Full Scottish Breakfast. (£6.00 supplement for Single Rooms).

For the month of April the rate will be £72.00 per person, per night sharing the twin/double rooms and £78.00 per night respectively for a single room. Reservations are subject to availability. Offer applies to groups of no more than 6 persons.

Winter is a particularly beautiful season in the Scottish Borders. As you will know Burts is an ideal base from which to explore the stunning Borders Countryside. Relax in Traditional comfort, a cosy log fire and a superb cuisine makes a warming welcome after an exhilarating day out.

Many of the Border Golf Courses are open throughout the winter and there are also many walks to enjoy in and around Melrose and the surrounding area. You may like to watch a keenly fought game of Rugby at The Green yards Melrose Rugby Club or take a day trip to Edinburgh to Visit The Royal Yacht Britannia, The Scottish Parliament! The National Gallery of Scotland or Dynamic Earth. Try your hand out at a days racing at Kelso Racecourse: -
