The picturesque town of Melrose, sitting in the shadows of the triple peaks of the Eildon Hills, has plenty to offer visitors at any time of year. Our guests can hop on the train at Waverley Station in Edinburgh and enjoy a relaxing journey through wonderfully scenic countryside and in just 55 minutes, arrive at Tweedbank Station. There you can be met by one of our travel partners and, for a small fee, be delivered to the front door of Burts Hotel for a wonderful few days break, or simply a day out with lunch or dinner.
